The Fine Print (a.k.a. Terms and Conditions)
Mamas & Co. is a membership-based community. To become a member, you must:
- Be a mom.
- Own your own business, or be about to start one.
- Review our Values.
- Complete your membership registration, including payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit membership to those not in compliance with the above requirements.
Participating in Mamas & Co.
Members must abide by our Values. Anyone found to be repeatedly acting in contrast to these may be asked to leave.
The Mamas & Co. Facebook group offers a forum for asking questions, sharing successes and lessons learned, seeking advice, and supporting one another. At no time shall the group be used strictly for self-promotion. Bullying, harassment, and negativity towards other members will not be tolerated and will be grounds for removal from the Facebook group and having your Mamas & Co. membership revoked. Views on the Facebook forum do not necessarily represent those of Mamas & Co. or its Co-Leaders.
Our focus is on sharing and helping build each other up. We want to help people feel comfortable asking questions and providing information and feedback. To this end, Mamas & Co. members and leadership shall not be held liable for any advice given in the Facebook group or during meet-ups, conferences, and other Mamas & Co. events.
By joining Mamas & Co., you agree to receive emails from us regarding your membership, upcoming events, and other information relevant to you.
Members must have an account in good standing to participate in the Mamas & Co. Facebook group and members-only events. See the Membership page for current fees. Fees are subject to change without notice; once an annual fee has been paid, members will not be subject to any fee increases during that calendar year.
The annual Membership Fee is non-refundable. Mamas & Co. cannot issue refunds, regardless of whether the member chooses to leave the group, or if they are removed for violation of these terms and conditions.
Event registration and webinar fees are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. Unless otherwise stated, if you can no longer attend an in-person event you have registered for, we will gladly offer you a credit for the dollar amount paid that you can use towards a future meet-up within one year of a missed event (maximum two per year).
Mamas & Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items at our events. For events where alcohol is served, we expect all participants to drink responsibly and plan transportation accordingly. Mamas & Co. is not responsible for your actions or the actions of others at these events. We reserve the right to change location and/or topic of events at any time.
Finally, we love showcasing our members in action. By attending Mamas & Co. events, you provide consent to your photograph being used on our website and social media without reimbursement. If you see a photo posted that you want removed, please email us and we’ll be happy to remove it, if possible.
This Membership is available to a limited number of mama entrepreneurs who want to grow their business through authentic networking, online learning, and joining like-minded women in our All-Access exclusive Mastermind. Access to the included events will be provided via personalized codes that can be applied when registering for events on our website. Events are subject to availability and registration is still required to secure your space.
The exact value of the All-Access Membership is approximate and may fluctuate based on the number of events offered in the calendar year.
The Mastermind will be 2-hour quarterly sessions facilitated by Mamas & Co. There will be a maximum of 8 participants, and we will aim to select a time that works with the majority of participants. If you sign up for the mastermind, you will be expected to make every effort to attend the calls. Calls will be set up via Zoom conference rooms.
